* Electrical Setup: Three-phase system, 1200 amps at 480 volts, vault and free-standing transformer, with capacity to add more power.

* Mother Room: Over 20 Grower's Choice 700 bar lights, 15 tons of AC. Next-gen tables (14 ft long, 5 ft wide) ready for installation.

*Dry Room: 3 tons of AC, 10 drying racks, and four 335 dehumidifiers.

*Break Room/Employee Lounge: Dedicated space for employees.

* Security and Office Space: Vault room (1-ton AC, steel-reinforced walls and ceilings). Security office with large screen, 36 cameras, and robust backup system. Two small offices for management.

* Expansion Potential: Space for 500 more lights.
