There are 98 LED Lights, 72 HPS lights, 20 LEC lights throughout the farm, Rolling Benches, Cement floors with drains, and brand new Biotherm (root heating system). The root zone heating system is huge, it saves a bunch of money on propane and puts the heat right in the roots where it’s needed. Also, it allows the ambient air temperature to be down into the 60’s without hurting the plants which helps to keep condensation and humidity down which is super important for preventing molds and fungi. 

Seller just built out a brand new 40x60 shop with a veg room, mature room, drying/curing room, security room/office and a general office area. There is also a 18x30ft AG Building with electricity, full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a cute little loft for siesta time. The greenhouse has a total of 600 amps for service and the shop has 400 amps. On top of all of these spaces, you also have a nice 40ft storage container on site for you to use as you wish.
